Danny is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He grew up on a grain and livestock farm in Southwest Wisconsin.  Danny has always been near agriculture with unique visibility to multiple aspects of all things “Ag.” In his earlier years, he ran a small sweet corn business from the age of 15 until age 22 that helped pay his way through college……. at that time, Danny found great success selling sweet corn to many Chicago Bears fans who were making their way to Bears training camp in Platteville, Wisconsin.

His professional career started in 2006 as a Local Field Advisor for Monsanto in West Tennessee, where he developed and maintained relationships with growers and retailers.  In 2009, aspiring to advance his career and get closer to home, Danny accepted a position with Helena Agri-Enterprises as a Branch Manager in Northern Indiana. In this position he learned many facets of the agriculture business from A-Z. This experience introduced Danny to people management, retail sales, and built a strong foundation of both agronomic and product knowledge.  Shortly after, Danny moved within the company to North-Central Illinois as a Branch Manager for 6 retail locations. Danny had the responsibility of managing the business of the former Burroughs Ag locations headquartered in Toluca, Illinois. In this role, he had Operational and Sales Management responsibilities. Danny led efforts to reform the team’s personnel with new talent and developed a positive culture with excellent followership. He also cultivated great relationships with growers and key influencers in the area.  In 2022 he made a lateral move aimed at broadening his breadth of agricultural knowledge and accepted a role as Helena Agri-Enterprise’s Area Seed Manager for Illinois and Wisconsin. In this role Danny “was all things seed,” while working with 15 retail locations to improve knowledge and sales of all seed products.

Danny has always had the thirst to be involved with an organization that satisfies his entrepreneurial mindset and background of building tremendous relationships with both growers and business partners. As of August 2023, this is now a reality as he has officially joined the Integrated Seed Solutions team! Danny looks forward to bolstering the Integrated Seed Solutions current sales footprint, while also becoming heavily involved with expansion plans into Minnesota and Iowa.

Eddie Ehrhardt was raised outside of the rural community of Emington, IL. In his younger years, he was
very active in numerous FFA contests as well as following the club lamb show circuit. As he grew up, he
enjoyed competing at the state and national levels of the show circuit. In 2010, he won the State FFA
proficiency award in Diversified Livestock Production (entrepreneurial). In 2013, he graduated from
Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business. Eddie now resides in Dwight, IL
with his wife, Rachel, and daughter Harper where they continue to raise livestock. In Eddie’s free time,
he enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

Eddie started his full-time career in Ag Retail within the FS system as a salesman. He quickly moved up
to a management role, where he helped improve the efficiency and grow the sales of the facility he was
managing. Eddie was very successful in the FS system and happily spent nearly a decade working there.
During these years, he developed many relationships by making recommendations on seed, crop
protection products, and crop nutrient programs – as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the
location. Eddie looks back on this time fondly and appreciates the relationships he was able to create.
Achieving the CCA and CCS certifications were two milestones for him that demonstrate he has a
commitment to make a positive difference in his client's business. Eddie is driven by helping others
succeed and takes pride in helping his customers find the right products to fit their acres and individual
needs. He gets a lot of personal satisfaction by putting together specific recommendations for
customers and then watching the results of those decisions unfold as the year progresses.

Eddie is very goal oriented, frequently asking himself “How can this be better?” He wants to bring his
customers only the very best available products on the market that lead to positive ROI for the
customers he works with.

As Eddie looked at the changing landscape of agriculture and the changing needs of his customers, he
became very intrigued with the portfolio of solutions that Integrated Seed Solutions provided. He was
not only interested in the seed options, but also very interested in the Amplify High Yield Management
system. Eddie sees the potential for a tremendous fit with his customers desire for higher Return on
Investment and the High Yield Management system that Amplify provides. Thus, his career at Integrated
Seed Solutions was born.
