In this position, she helps with ideas for the direction of the association, planning events, and fundraising for the group to ensure that they can accomplish everything they want to within the year. Within the show ring, she has been competitive at both the state and national levels. Along with this, Karly has been a part of the North Stars 4-H club, the Mendota FFA chapter, and the LaSalle County livestock judging team, where she found her passion for livestock judging. Her childhood revolved around the livestock industry. By doing so, she made lots of valuable connections as well as learned lots of important lifelong skills. Her father was her biggest influence towards getting into the agronomy side of things. After taking an agronomy internship last summer, she has found that her career interests lie within agronomy. Karly got a full retail experience doing all things from scouting fields, working with salesmen, sorting seed, treating seed, and bagging fertilizer. She enjoyed problem-solving when challenges came up within a field. All in all, Karly loved that she gained such a broad spectrum of knowledge, helping her to pinpoint the direction she wants to go in the future. Now Karly is continuing her academic and livestock judging career at Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield, IL. Her favorite thing about being a part of the livestock judging team is being able to travel the country and being able to make so many fun memories with her teammates. Within the school, she is also a part of the ag club, where she enjoys being able to connect with other kids who are a part of the agriculture program. All in all, the industry has given so much to Karly, and she wants to dedicate her life to giving back to it. She looks forward to having the opportunity to expand her knowledge with Integrated Seed Solutions.

Robert is a 2002 Western Illinois University Graduate who majored in Agronomy. He started his career as an intern with one of the most influential mentors in his career at the Monsanto Research Farm in Monmouth, Il. Dan Zinck. It is crazy to think one summer in a backpack sprayer, and three sets of goof plots could inspire a career.
Robert has spent the last twenty-plus years developing mutually profitable relationships with growers from West Central Illinois to South Central Minnesota and has focused on the Northeast region of Illinois for the last seventeen years. He has always had a passion for developing new agronomy solutions and bringing new technology to his growers.
From the start of his career at a small regional seed company as their research agronomists Robert developed a great insight on hybrid development. Looking at how genetics + environment + Management = impact yield.
Robert’s strong boots-on-the-ground approach, coupled with a passion for research, product development, and best high-yield management practices, created a significant opportunity to partner with highly innovative, leading-edge companies.

Jerry was born and raised on a Dewitt County Illinois farm just outside of Wapella, IL. He spent his youth on a tractor or in a cattle pasture and in 1989 his father, Dan, started a seed dealership which Jerry helped with as often as possible. After High School, He went on to Black Hawk East and then to ISU. During and after ISU he worked at Country Companies in Bloomington and quickly realized that life behind a cubicle wall was not for him. He left Country Companies in 2004 to get back to agriculture with CaseIH as a Precision Farming Specialist, and he loved getting back in the field with the farmers. In 2008, Monsanto came calling with an opportunity to get back in the Seed Business. Jerry spent the next 15 years within the Monsanto Corporate structure as a District sales manager, rising to the top and winning master sales along the way. It became apparent the corporate structure was going to pull Jerry further and further away from the field with the farmer so when the opportunity came with Integrated seed solutions to bring his customers the best genetics without the corporate chaos Jerry hopped on board.

Danny is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He grew up on a grain and livestock farm in Southwest Wisconsin. Danny has always been near agriculture with unique visibility to multiple aspects of all things “Ag.” In his earlier years, he ran a small sweet corn business from the age of 15 until age 22 that helped pay his way through college……. at that time, Danny found great success selling sweet corn to many Chicago Bears fans who were making their way to Bears training camp in Platteville, Wisconsin.
His professional career started in 2006 as a Local Field Advisor for Monsanto in West Tennessee, where he developed and maintained relationships with growers and retailers. In 2009, aspiring to advance his career and get closer to home, Danny accepted a position with Helena Agri-Enterprises as a Branch Manager in Northern Indiana. In this position he learned many facets of the agriculture business from A-Z. This experience introduced Danny to people management, retail sales, and built a strong foundation of both agronomic and product knowledge. Shortly after, Danny moved within the company to North-Central Illinois as a Branch Manager for 6 retail locations. Danny had the responsibility of managing the business of the former Burroughs Ag locations headquartered in Toluca, Illinois. In this role, he had Operational and Sales Management responsibilities. Danny led efforts to reform the team’s personnel with new talent and developed a positive culture with excellent followership. He also cultivated great relationships with growers and key influencers in the area. In 2022 he made a lateral move aimed at broadening his breadth of agricultural knowledge and accepted a role as Helena Agri-Enterprise’s Area Seed Manager for Illinois and Wisconsin. In this role Danny “was all things seed,” while working with 15 retail locations to improve knowledge and sales of all seed products.
Danny has always had the thirst to be involved with an organization that satisfies his entrepreneurial mindset and background of building tremendous relationships with both growers and business partners. As of August 2023, this is now a reality as he has officially joined the Integrated Seed Solutions team! Danny looks forward to bolstering the Integrated Seed Solutions current sales footprint, while also becoming heavily involved with expansion plans into Minnesota and Iowa.
